I was in the second year of trading of Always Chauffeur (I also have another business that has been running for 10+years), when I took Stephen as my business coach.

I felt I needed some new injection of ideas and help to implement them to take both businesses to the next level.

No looking back now they have taken off!!

I had no real idea of what results I was looking to achieve, I was busy in 2 businesses and knew I needed to find the time to grow them.

Coaching sessions, are focused, helpful, with lots of focused action for me to do afterwards, so I know exactly what I want/need to do. Steve helps me to identify the purpose of my ideas so that we can expand or contract them to get the right results.
What gets implemented is always my choice, it is my business after all but as Steve understands me and my business he is able to come up with some real nuggets that get results.

My favourite bit of the coaching is actually the reactions I get from others when they see the changes I make. They prove to me that ideas and my implementation are working.
